Get Involved, Network, 学习 New Marketing Skills
If you want to learn new skills, the AMA堪萨斯城 Chapter offers volunteers the opportunity to work on special projects in areas that you might not have responsibilities for in your current position. Each month the Chapter offers award-winning marketing programs over the lunch hour. These are incredible opportunities to broaden your professional skills, 倾听新想法, and marketing programs across a variety of industries.
There are many benefits associated with volunteering including meeting other marketing professionals. Our volunteers find that by simply getting involved they are able to expand their network beyond co-workers and gain access to professionals located in top companies throughout the entire greater Kansas City area.

Interactive Media/Web Site Committee
目的
Partner with the web site provider to assist in communicating our brand and mission to our 成员, 潜在的成员, and sponsors related to brand and the chapter mission statement.

Marketing/PR/Newsletter Committee

Partner with other committee 成员 to design and print the monthly newsletter and prepare and distribute news releases to the media on speakers, 成员, 及分会事务.

Explore and provide creative and timely human-interest stories to local and regional Kansas City media regarding AMA-KC chapter member accomplishments. It’s a great way to interact with and get to know your fellow 成员.

Keep 成员hip high via outreach efforts to 成员. Greet and acknowledge new 成员 at events; reach out to 成员 whose terms are close to expiring; initiate correspondence with information about the KC–AMA; and maintain an ongoing dialogue with 成员 to ensure their needs are being met.
